Questions

What people ask

Do you work with government and public-sector clients?

Yes. Relationship HQ is a certified NYC and NYS Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise and works with government, healthcare, higher education, nonprofit and financial services organizations.

How long are executive coaching engagements?

Engagements are typically six or twelve months. I generally recommend a year when possible because sustained leadership development and behavior change take time, but we can begin with a six-month engagement when that is the better fit.

How does the coaching process start?

We begin with a chemistry call to explore your desired outcomes, the scope of the work, and whether there is a strong relational fit. From there, we determine whether we're the right partner and what structure would best support the work.

Is executive coaching confidential if my organization sponsors the engagement?

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential. When an organization sponsors the engagement, we establish clear expectations at the outset about what, if anything, will be shared with the sponsor while protecting the confidentiality of the coaching relationship.
