Privacy Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers myrelationshiphq.com only: the consultation and contact forms, the chat and voice assistant, the email addresses and phone numbers published here, and the technical records kept when a page is served.
It does not cover your clinical record. Health information created once you are a client is protected health information, handled under HIPAA and described in the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at intake.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in a consultation or contact form, chat with our online assistant, call, or email, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what you are looking for and who it is for.
- Chat and voice conversations. Messages to the online assistant, Robin, are processed by an AI service provider so it can reply. If you talk to Robin by voice, on the website or by phone, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, and you are told this before it begins. Our team uses the transcript to follow up with you.
- Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose "Allow analytics", Google Analytics measures which pages are visited and whether someone tapped a phone number or a booking link. It never receives anything you type into a form or the chat. If you do not allow it, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
- Basic site operation. Like any website, our servers log technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure. Cloudflare protects the site against abuse, and the chat uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. The fonts on these pages are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you, to arrange a consultation, and to keep a record of the inquiry so nobody has to ask you the same question twice. We use the technical and analytics records to keep the site working and to see which pages help people find the right kind of support.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Cookies and your privacy choices
Without your permission, this site sets only what it needs to work: a cookie that remembers your privacy choice, and the security cookies Cloudflare uses to keep out abusive traffic. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you select "Allow analytics".
You can change your answer at any time with the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw permission, the analytics cookies are deleted and the page reloads without them. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a "no" unless you choose otherwise.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, each limited to providing that service: our website hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare), Zoho, whose forms receive consultation and contact requests, our email delivery provider, the AI and voice providers behind the online assistant, and — only if you allow analytics — Google. The practice's own administrative staff see inquiries in order to answer them.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
How long we keep it
Inquiries, chat conversations, and voice recordings and transcripts are kept as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our records, and are then deleted. Information that becomes part of a clinical record once you are a client is kept as the law requires for health records.
Security, and what not to send
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it.
Please do not use the website forms or the chat to send clinical detail, a diagnosis, or anything you would not want sitting in an inbox. Tell us enough to route your inquiry; the rest belongs in the consultation.
If you are in crisis, do not use this site. Call or text 988, or call 911.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under its privacy law, and we honor them. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call +1 212 730 7400. We will confirm it is you before acting on the request.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Inquiries about a child are made by a parent or guardian.
Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date. Questions about it: [email protected] or +1 212 730 7400.
Start with a consultation
Tell us what is going on. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right practice for it, and match you with the practitioner who fits — or point you to someone better placed.
