What care costs, stated plainly.

Relationship coaching, executive coaching and training are quoted per engagement rather than per session. Ask on the consult call and we will give you the figure for what you are asking for.
Intake sessions are charged at the rate for the session length booked. Payment is due on the day of service.
Out-of-network,
and what that means here
We are not in-network with any insurance company. If your plan has out-of-network mental-health benefits, your insurer reimburses you — commonly a percentage of the fee once your out-of-network deductible is met.
Two ways to handle the claim, and you choose:
We file for you
If your plan accepts claims from out-of-network providers and you elect the service, we submit the claim and assign it to you, so any reimbursement goes to you directly.
Or we issue a superbill
A superbill on request, with everything your insurer needs, which you submit yourself.
Either way, you pay at the session
Card, HSA or FSA. Reimbursement, where it applies, follows afterwards.
The exact questions to ask your plan
Ask: "Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?" Then ask what percentage is reimbursed after the deductible, and what the deductible is. These are the codes your plan will ask about.
If they ask for a provider ZIP code, it is 10001.
| CPT code | What it covers |
|---|---|
| 90791 | Diagnostic intake evaluation |
| 90834 | 45-minute individual psychotherapy |
| 90837 | 60-minute individual psychotherapy |
| 90846 / 90847 | Family or couples therapy, without and with the client present |
Cancellations
We ask for 48 business hours notice to cancel or move a session. Because the notice period is in business hours, a Monday session needs to be canceled by Thursday and a Tuesday session by Friday.
Late cancellations, late arrivals and missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
Coaching is not a health service and is not billable to insurance. Training and organizational engagements are quoted separately.
Ask us before you book.
Tell us what plan you have and what you are looking for. We will tell you what the sessions cost, what your options are on the claim, and who in the practice is the right fit.
