RISC™ provides a framework for organizations invested in transforming into a place that centers equity and inclusion from an anti-racist and intersectional lens. It uses a trauma-informed process that foregrounds race and takes an intersectional approach — building capacity to have conversations about race, racism and other intersecting areas of marginalization including sexism, homophobia and transphobia, and offering tools for systemic change.
