What people ask
Do you accept insurance?
We are not in-network with any insurance company. If your plan accepts claims from out-of-network providers and you elect the service, we submit the claim on your behalf and assign it to you. If you prefer to file yourself, we provide superbills on request.
What does a session cost?
With our couples and individual therapist, $180 for 45 minutes, $240 for 60 minutes, and $300 for a 75-minute couples session. With Dr. Rhule, sessions start at $325. Coaching, training and consulting are quoted per engagement. Full detail is on the Rates & Insurance page.
How long are sessions and how often?
Individual sessions run 45 or 60 minutes; couples usually do best with 75. Weekly to start, then spaced out as things stabilize.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 48 business hours' notice. Later cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fees?
Ask at the consult. We will tell you plainly what is available rather than leaving you to guess.
Can we meet by video?
Yes, across New York and New Jersey, on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Many clients mix video and in-person sessions.
How do you decide which clinician we see?
By what you need, not by who has a gap. If the right fit is outside the practice, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
Is Dr. Kolawole taking therapy clients?
Not at present. She is taking relationship coaching clients, and leads the training, executive coaching and consulting work.
Do you work with children?
Yes. Dr. Dana Rhule works with children and adolescents — anxiety treatment, CBT-based family therapy and parent coaching.
How soon can we be seen?
The practice currently has openings across all three clinicians. Book a consult and we will give you real availability, not a waitlist.
