Relationship Counseling
Not every relationship that needs work is a marriage. We work with dating couples, long-distance partners, adult children and parents, siblings, and individuals who keep landing in the same relationship with different people.
Relationships we work with
- Partners at any stage — dating, engaged, partnered, married, separating
- Non-monogamous and polyamorous configurations, without treating the structure as the pathology
- Adult children and parents repairing a long rupture
- Individuals who want to change their pattern in relationships rather than wait for the right person
Why we are called Relationship HQ
Because relationship is the unit of care here, not the diagnosis. Anxiety, conflict, parenting stress and burnout all show up inside relationships and are usually resolved there too.
Our founding line is "We Are Who We Serve" — the practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and BIPOC-affirming because of who we are, not because of a training module we completed.
What people ask
Can I come alone to work on my relationship?
Yes. Individual work on a relationship is legitimate and often the only way to start when a partner is not ready.
Do you work with non-monogamous couples?
Yes, and without an assumption that the structure is what needs fixing.
