Race and Identity Sensitive Conversation (RISC™) for Equity
Our program, Race and Identity Sensitive Conversation (RISCTM) for Equity, provides a framework for organizations invested in transforming their organizations to a place that centers equity and inclusion from an anti-racist and intersectional lens. Race and Identity Sensitive Conversation (RISCTM) utilizes a trauma informed process that foregrounds race and utilizes an intersectional approach to not only build an organization’s capacity to have conversations about race, racism and other intersecting areas of marginalization (including sexism, homophobia and transphobia) but also offers tools for systemic change. This way organizations are equipped to reimagine and rebuild its culture, policies and practices with love and equity for the most marginalized people at the center.

Wonderful! This was my first time going to therapy. I felt comfortable immediately and made a great deal of progress in a short period of time.
